  March 21, 2016 - My last bottle of 6. There has been quite a bit of bottle variation and this one seemed a bit over the hill. Really complex and barnyardy at first, but after a couple of hours it developed some notes of boiled root vegetables on the nose. Great balace on the palate, however, with smooth tannins, good acidity and long, peppery aftertaste.
