March 18, 2016 - Bought this while reading about Montaigne. Turned out to be quite good for the price. Nice aromas, medium bodied, brisk acidity. Dark fruits on the palate. Under $10/btl. Deal.

4/13/16, 5:40 PM - Also bought this since I was reading Montaigne. Fascinating to drink wine still produced from his estate. And yeah, pretty good for the money!

10/9/17, 7:38 PM - I have bought cases of the '08, '10, and '14. Very well done in each vintage. Lighter in style, but complex for the price. Research the connections. I recommend picking up a few cases of '15. Merlot faired much better than in '14.
