  August 20, 2005 - Pale straw in color. White peaches and pears on the nose with a mineral edge. The fruit and mierality comes through on the palate but the finish could be a little longer. The wine had nice acidity and balance with enough structure to improve with a few more years in the cellar. Overall, a very nice wine.
