  April 29, 2016 - Interesting. Pop and pour. A bit sweet at first, but that disappeared quickly. The wine has a strange odor; I thought tar, my fiancee thought cat urine (which makes me wonder....) On the palate, excellent flavors after the sweetness wore off. Dark fruits and earth. A touch of spice. Decant an hour or age another year.
