  April 30, 2016 - very heavy perfume when drank alone. Almost too strong, but dry. Not quite the acid I would want. But then . . . had some thinly sliced artisanal ham and the wine (and ham) sang. The perfume seemed almost gone, the salt of the ham equally faint. A perfect pair.
