  April 30, 2016 - Excellent wine. Very smooth and fantastic taste; medium finish. I get aromas of dark cherry, light cocoa, and even leather. Fruit is reserved plum and cherry with just the right amount of earth for me. Mild, delicious, oak as well. Wish I had more. Paired with filet and asparagus.
