  April 30, 2016 - On PnP, nose was pretty closed- just some hints of violet and spice. I definitely can see the raw meat echoed by others at this point too. An hour in, and distinct notes of cinnamon stick and eventually some menthol while the palate darkened. Builds with more time... 6 hours of air and the nose finally opened into flowery, liquorice and mint jelly. Palate stayed true to the nose except shut down half way through. This needs more time but has some serious fixings, hopefully night two will continue to develop. 91+
