  May 6, 2016 - If this is not the best rose I've tasted it is sure in top3.
  Nice copper-y nuances in the color. The nose is a bit restrained, but it is usually the case with Provence. In the mouth, medium weighted, salty, mineral and savory. Very complex with depth and structure. Just close your eyes and feel that Provence coast line.
