May 14, 2016 - oh my.... decanted for 1.5 hrs before touching... amazing wine, deep color, med bouquet, nice graphite core but still very good dark fruits, this qualified as a special experience... so glad I took my own advice ... just one bottle left in the cellar and while I think it has many years ahead, I don't see it improving, will look for a special occasion and oppty to decant 1-2 hours before drinking

5/15/16, 2:08 AM - Good news! Have been sitting on a single of this for ions, I always seem to pass right by it when selecting a Cab. It shall be duly pulled this Summer at some point when there is cowstuffs on the grill :)
