  May 13, 2016 - I mean this bottle was just absolutely fantastic. Opened and audouzed for about 3-4 hours before dinner. Fantastically open and just bursting with fragrant bright red cherries, raspberries, and rose petals. Perfumed in the mouth with a beautiful, graceful, elegant silky texture. Plenty of acidity and tannins remaining, and all in all, this was just a fantastic bottle of wine. One of my best purchases ever.
