  May 14, 2016 - Much better than first bottle, 2 years ago.
  Golden Yellow. Intense, complex and fine at nose: gold plum, honey, dried fruit.
  Good body. Gliceric, some residual sugar, not disturbing, well balanced by acidity and minerality.
  Nice match with spargles.
