  5/26/16, 5:51 PM - How long do you think we need to wait. Until it is 10 years old. It seems lately that some premium wines need more time than in the past. Is that just me thinking this way?? Dave

  5/27/16, 9:01 AM - I've never good with "projecting." If you have multiple (3-4+)bottles, I'd try one in 2022ish to check in. If you only have 1-2 bottles , I would definitely wait until 2025ish just to be safer. It'll likely still be young but with some more structure.
