  May 25, 2016 - Such a beautiful nose full of chocolate and rosemary. Black fruits and a hint of roses with a sigh of vanilla. On the palate it's dry and tart. Tobacco and black berry. Chewy tannins to tie it all. Not fruit forward and you can taste the alcohol. Let it breathe. Might have a few more years but I doubt it'll evolve much more. Let's see how it pairs with nice fatty food.
