  May 27, 2016 - This wine is a complete winner and Barsac all the way. Still young, this delivers on all accounts. A stony, mineral driven nose with beautiful aromas of botrytis, nectarine, pineapple, orange rind, lemon curd, lanolin, and light tea. It always amazes me what top Sauternes/Barsac can produce from a flavor profile standpoint. The palate moves the goalpost and just drenches the mouth with a flavor explosion. Crisp acidity cuts through it all and keeps everything clean. From 750, this was light golden in color and worlds better after 24 hours of air. Bravo! 97 Pts.
