  May 29, 2016 - Medium dark red. Intense nose of dark fruit, meat, black pepper and cast iron. Delicious red fruit flavours. Tons of acid to go with some large tannins. Should continue to improve.
  
  I thought this was very European, while the 97 Pavilion would appeal more to a new world drinker while still being strongly French.
