Very polished, clean palate with mineral tones, smooth and juicy, ripe, cool fresh, tannins expertly hidden, with an acid bite in the end, wood fully integrated. Darker berries, yeast and plums surfing on the sour cherries in the long, lingering decay. Very Burgundy-esque for a Rheingau...
