June 3, 2016 - Still very good but this is fading from only a year ago. Maybe they are not meant to age afterall.... Next time I will enjoy my Tomas Pico wines young on the fruit.

6/4/16, 12:50 AM - This is worrisome to me. Had the 2013 Vaillons a while ago and was left with the impression that these are not wines to enjoy young, which was also supported by the recommendation for decanting on the back label.

6/4/16, 3:11 AM - I think the mention of decanting is just to separate any sediment in the bottle which may form since it is borderline natural wine. I have enjoyed several Pattes Loup wines when young but have never seen any sediment so this may be irrelevant advice.
