  June 4, 2016 - Opened this at cellar temp and we laughed out loud—it’s TITANIC! WAYYY bigger and badder (and cheaper) than the Tempier but consequently not as elegant or refined. But then again at less than one year old it’s like a giant Baby Huey screaming for a few more years to grow into itself. So if right now a big-ass stomping rosè is what you seek for extra flavorful fare, this does taste great and will stand up to damn near anything you throw at it. But beware of the spicy: there's so much body and back-end heat right now that the listed 13.5% ABV seems almost tongue-in-cheek. Side note: chilled it lost character, but the heat hung around. Drink 2018-2025
