  June 4, 2016 - Pre-gaming at Virginia Wine Chat, we had an opportunity to taste this unique sparkler, aka Dom Virginian. Made in the Methode Champenoise, it’s a Brut style bubbly with Virginia personality. It reminded me of Cava, only a little more expensive, and with a decidedly tropical bend (hello, Viognier). Fun, fun stuff! Retail = $25.
