  June 1, 2016 - Clear dark purple in colour with a little bricking on the sides. Clean nose of plums, black chocolate, and floral. Dry, med+body, med acidity, smooth elegant tannins. Lots of big fruit still. Jammy, but not overly so. Black chocolate, plum, black berry, and some spice. Med+ finish. Wow, this wine is still drinking well. i am not a huge fan of Australian Shiraz, but not in this case. Big, but still lots going on. I wish I had more bottles of this. Drink now, but could still go on for another 10 years easily.
