  June 6, 2016 - 100% Old vines Grenache Noir from Languedoc-Roussillon. Organically farmed and aged in tank and bottle to retain the true character of its origin, this screams it’s roots as proudly as they come: it’s wild and herbaceous, with perfectly picked dark red and purple fruits, leather, lavender, and a kiss of clean salinity on the long and pure finish. Medium in body and wonderfully rustic with a playful bite that softened after an hour. Drink now (with a one hour decant) through 2025.
