  Decanter/Breathing time: 0 minutes, not necessary
  Potential: Ready to drink but Could Cellar until 2008, maybe longer
  Food: Good by itself, We drank it with a with a Chicken Dinner. Could be good with salads too.
  Overall Opinion: A light bodied Sauvignon Blanc wine. This one we will get a case of very soon. Recommend everyone try a bottle. Excellent value
