  June 9, 2016 - Perfect cork. Upon opening, the color is a bit thin brick, taste is smooth and subtle - really good. Re-corked and let sit for 4 hours. Poured into decanter and served immediately. In retrospect, thinking that it could have spent a bit more time in the decanter.
