  June 17, 2016 - If you like backward wines, this is a very conserved wine. The nose is dominated by animal fur and leather with just a trace of fruit. Interestingly, the nose provides a hint of serious wine, but the body is only medium and a bit of melted tannin. It's enjoyable now, and might be improved within this five years. Considering the logic and design of this wine, this is a great choice for lunch pairing with a rotisserie chicken.
