  January 3, 2008 - Massive Concentration...decanted for 3 hours and it needed 7. Huge nose of mocha, espresso beans, and tar. This wine is a knockout punch and needed more than just my lamb to tame it. The tannins are dense, masculine, and mouth-coating...your type of wine. I wouldn't go as far to say that the finish was long and spectacular, rather wound up and not as aggressive as the mid-palate. For fun, you should open one up now. However, to maximize the potential on this it should be cellared for at least 2 years. 94 Points (Potential of 95+)
