    July 3, 2016 - This is all elegance and class: a lighter style and impeccably balanced which holds true to their reputation. Unfiltered light ruby and slightly grainy upon opening, but getting silkier and expanding in character and depth with two hours of air time. It has all the wild strawberry and herbs, orange blossom and cola you want, but it’s the saline and savory Sonoma Coast base and an almost tomato skin nuance that makes it special for me. This ’13 has a couple of years already but my bottle was still a bit wound up. Decant for an hour or two if you can, or maybe wait on it.
