July 10, 2016 - Dinner with Kent (Zazie's, San Francisco): August 6 2013 disgorgement. Rich golden color; aromatic nose with brioche, slight Apple; palate is rich, brioche, yeast, high acid; medium-long finish. Very nice, but needs a few years to develop more. Going back and forth between this and the 2002 RD Champagne, this one had something that gave it unique character. Always fun to drink... 93-95
