July 23, 2016 - More advanced from an aging perspective than its Beaumonts sibling. A little more bricking. Very earthy nose -- quite nice there. Solid acidity and red fruit on the palate; less balance than noted in the Beaumonts. A little more sauvage here too. Quite good on the overall, with no obvious reason to hold a lot further.
