  August 18, 2016 - Aromas of green apple-peel, pomelo and minerals. Obviously it is older by 1 year then the ideal and has lost some fruitiness but generally much more moderate flavors then the ones of Casablanca o Leyda. Flavors of pomelo, gooseberries, not fully ripe peach with some minerality, long finish. Fresh and great for the creamy pasta.
