  August 17, 2016 - Distinctive oak on the nose, some fruit but not overwhelming. Oak too on the palette, but not overwhelming. What this lacked though is either that rich buttery texture or freshness that more fruit would have brought in the mouth. Finish not hugely long either. North American wine tends to be pricier, but even taking that into account this is an expensive wine in the UK (£29). This isn't a bad wine but I expected more for the money.
