  August 22, 2016 - Silky smooth texture and clean palate. Some sediment in the glass.
  
  May have been better with food, but aromas and the taste of pyrazine came through a bit heavy and fruit was muted. Seemed slightly out of balance.
  
  Nevertheless, clearly a good quality cab.
