  August 31, 2016 - At this age, let me recommend this 2011 should have an hour decant. It will evolve quickly enough from a Pinot-lite to a luscious pinot semi-lite, but much better that this description... well worth the effort. Mouth watering red fruits - strawberry and blackberry-lite, soft and silky tannins and minutes long finish... I am writing this about 2-3 minutes after finishing the last drop, and still salivating. Enjoy the ride!
