  September 4, 2016 - Popped and poured. Pale rusty red color. Mineral and tart red cherry on the nose. Compact on the palate, but with a nice burst of flavor at mid-palate. Good acidity and a long, lingering finish. This clearly needs more time in the cellar. Will hope to keep my hands of my remaining bottles for at least a few more years.
