  September 4, 2016 - Inky purple. Nose opens with creme de mure, graphite, menthol, cigar box and a whiff of rubber. Luxurious mouthfeel, packed with ripe dark fruits and baking spice and bolstered with a firm backbone of minerality. Well structured with a medium finish. Just coming into its drinking window; this should show for another ten years.
  
  p.s. A bit of sediment, though.
