  September 4, 2016 - Very impressive wine. Stood up well to a cheese plate and paired wonderfully. Strong minerality and acid structure that make me think I need to try to keep some of these for a long time to see how they age. Very austere for a Finger Lakes Riesling with well defined flavors of . Wonderful wine with strong citrus, peach and slate notes. Long finish.
