  September 4, 2016 - Popped and poured at the end of the meal. Should have let it decant for a couple of hours. Was quite tight, but opened some in the glass. Shows great potential to be a fantastic wine. As it was, it was extremely enjoyable. Elegant with an aromatic nose of red fruits and spices.
