  September 14, 2016 - This one featured a perfumed nose of red fruits with tart red fruit and stark drying minerals on the finish. Followed over two days, and this opened up with air to reveal cherry and dark berry fruit, a bit of black pepper and minerals, though the palate become much more rounded with a smooth mouthfeel. Nicely integrated acidity made for a complete wine. Really enjoyed this lovely drink.
