Community Tasting Note

September 19, 2016 - I'm sure I first tasted this at a trade tasting (i.e. I don't remember buying it, but I guess I liked it enough on release), why else would it be in my cellar (read: my friends don't give tasteful gifts, jk!). In any event, it's been too long ago to remember exactly what I first saw in this wine, in this vintage (that at the time no one was talking about), and that thing is purity, perfectly knitted with ribbons of elegance. In the end, it was hard to decide between smelling it all night, or actually drinking it. Some hours later I did not have any such decisions. This was a joy, and seems to still be inside its window; probably best to consume now. recommended

Aerated in decanter for 90 minutes, served at cellar temp, non-blind. Cork and fill in great shape.
