  Aromatics of white flowers, crushed shells and muted lime citrus med intensity
  Flavors of same, slightly saline quality
  Body medium
  Bright acid
  Medium+ length in finish (when not too cold)
  Would like to try this with oysters
  Pretty and seems best not drunk too cold
