  September 20, 2016 - Nose:Eucalyptus, ripe dark fruit, blueberry pie, smoky leather. floral, fig.
  Palate: Ripe cherry, sweet oak that comes through more with air, plum
  
  Little bit of balancing acid to keep the wine balanced and not too heavy.
  
  Some tannins but, mostly rounded off.
  
  Medium-long finish with a bang.
  
  Little too much oak and alcohol for my taste. But good for California.
