  September 30, 2016 - Decanted, poured glass and left balance in decanter for 2 hours. It's an understatement to say this wine needs time. The improvement over the full 3 to 4 hours was very significant. Subtle, complex, elegant, classy, balanced - all come to mind - but only after this has been given plenty of air time. It's amazing to track how the wine evolves and builds in body (medium), complexity and length (prodigious) over the evening. Very impressive.
