October 2, 2016 - Extremely well balanced with red fruit on the nose and bell pepper on the palette. If you like cabs, this is your blend! Do not aerate as it will diminish the characteristics of the wine. Pop and pour and enjoy! The wine is at it's peak so drink now or within the next 18 months.
