October 6, 2016 - The merlot grapes are clearly visible in the nose as Well as the oak. Cassis and medium acidic combined with Well integrated tannins. Medium+ finish with clear notes of almonds and vanilla. The alcohol is also nicely integrated and have somewhat a cooler expression.
    Extreme QPR.

10/8/16, 12:20 AM - For sure an exceptional wine for the price. In that respect, and if you like your wines big, bold and punchy it ranks with the likes of Bodegas Atalaya La Atalaya del Camino, Bodegas Caro Amancaya and Viña Chocalán Gran Reserva(red blend).....all outstanding QPR wines that I have come across in the €17 - 22 price bracket.
Happy to hear of any more that can be added to that list.
