  October 7, 2016 - Decanted for about 45 minutes. Tons of sediment. Medium red color with some bricking at the edge. Drank with a rustic, meaty pizza. The wine was silky smooth and had a reasonably long finish. The flavors were mostly forest floor as the fruit is fading. Drink up.
