  October 10, 2016 - Opened for an hour before drinking. Wow, just wow. This just keeps getting better. The tannins have integrated leaving a full bodied, seamless wine of kirsch, herbs, earth. Probably at its best now but should hold for a few years. I'm disappointed that this is bottle 10 of the case as we obviously drank the others too early. Oh well.
