  October 1, 2016 - Another excellent to outstanding showing for this wine. This wine begins with well defined spice elements and combine with red and black fruits. The wine is detailed and balanced on the bouquet and palate. After about an hour, the wine does begin to close down and becomes somewhat stern and unyielding. This wine gives the impression it will benefit from additional bottle age.
