  November 6, 2016 - Pop and pour. Drank half the bottle over about 3 hours (was not really in any rush). It took about 90 minutes to really come together, and boy did it. As good on day two.
  
  Long finish, soft mouthfeel, and loads of blue fruit. Very enjoyable and will get significantly better in my opinon.
