  November 9, 2016 - Despite the travel from Guangzhou to HK over the day before popping, the wine showed beauty and beast all in one. Strong gamey nose wrapped around a graceful yet intense body of sweet black fruit that grew sweeter with time. Fully evolved and should be drunk now at its peak.
