  October 24, 2016 - MW Institute Sit Down Tasting 2012/2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Panel, nose of warm blackberry pie, briar, black currents, and lush oak, same on the palate, big body, needs 10 years to peak and last 30 years easily, tasted better than the 2012, structured, medium/large amount of tannins present, long finish. Tod Mostero present and mentioned that in 1983 they used 25% Merlot in the wine and today 0%, 70% to 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and today the remainder is Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, also use a Y shape trellis system today.
