  November 16, 2016 - Until now, I was not a fan of Sea Smoke's Ten. But this wine is stunning, especially if you like your pinots big and bold. Deep and complex with a dark cherry core wrapped around layers of earth and allspice with a finish that lasts a week. Perhaps most surprising, is that this wine keeps its bite, with a level of acidity and tartness that complements a wide range of food. While this may age for several more years, I believe it is at its peak now. Drink and enjoy!
